research as well as good examples of practical applications.<\/p><p>Authors are advised that adherence to the Instructions to Authors will help speed up the refereeing and production stages for most papers.<\/p><p>Use the Manuscript template to facilitate successful submission and review.<\/p><p>Submissions not complying with the template will be returned to the authors for (including ChatGPT and similar tools):<\/strong><\/div><div data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">\u00a0<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7029bb3 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7029bb3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">JITA cannot accept any paper created using LLM or AI as these cannot be accountable for the manuscript\u2019s content.<\/div><div data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">\u00a0<\/div><ul><li data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">If any author uses LLM tools must declare it and document it in the \u201cMethods\u201d or \u201cStatements and Declarations\u201d sections of the manuscript.<\/li><li data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">When a \u201cMethods\u201d section isn\u2019t available, the introduction section or another suitable section can document the use of the LLM.<\/li><li data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">A clear and concise explanation of how the LLM was employed demonstrates a professional attitude and respect for your audience.<\/li><li data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Copywriting any part of an article using a generative AI tools or LLM is not permissible, including the generation of the abstract or the literature review.<\/li><li data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">The author(s) must be responsible for the work and accountable for its accuracy, integrity, and validity.<\/li><li data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">The generation or reporting of results using a generative AI tools\/LLM is not permissible.<\/li><li data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">The author(s) must be responsible for the creation and interpretation of their work and accountable for its accuracy, integrity, and validity.<\/li><li data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">The in-text reporting of statistics using a generative AI tool\/LLM is not permissible in main text body, but the use of such a tool to aid in the analysis of the work would be permissible.<\/li><li data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Copy-editing an article using a generative AI tools or LLM in order to improve its language and readability would be permissible as this mirrors standard tools already employed to improve spelling and grammar.
