This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge, associated with the increased readership and increased citation of an author’s work. JITA is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. The only constraint on reproduction and distribution, and the only role for copyright in this domain, should be to give authors control over the integrity of their work and the right to be properly acknowledged and cited. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
REPOSITORY Policy: JITA, as an open access journal, has no specific repository policy. Authors may deposit their articles in an institutional or other repository of the authorʼs choice without embargo. Authors are obliged to cite JITA as an original and primary source of the published article.
